Make work
work better.

I equip BIPOC / LGBTQIA+ leaders with tools to navigate the complexities of work, life, and identity.

Roberto Valadéz, MSW
Founder & Executive Coach

Conformity suppresses creativity. As a coach and facilitator for BIPOC/LGBTQIA+ professionals, I ensure my clients know this is true in their bones – and draw on the strength of their differences to drive impact. My holistic approach to coaching is rooted in a cognitive-behavioral model to shift mindsets, behaviors, and possibilities. I equip under-resourced, under-estimated and under-recognized professionals with the tools needed to step into their leadership, without compromising their authenticity.

With 20 years experience designing and facilitating experiences for a wide range of players across multiple industries, my clients have included senior leaders from the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, Essence Magazine, XQ Foundation, and Mass General Brigham’s Integrated Health Care, among others.

Proven approach, tailored to you.

What People Are Saying

Malaika Jabali - Senior News & Policy Editor, Essence Magazine

“I've had a billion things to juggle this year, and I would not be surviving without Roberto. He has not only been a source of calm but he is incredible at strategy. After I rant, he's always got a plan. If you're like me and think you don't need help, sit down with him and you might just realize how much you were missing.”
